Welcome to Rippon Primary, it is such a pleasure to be the Head of an esteemed school situated in Sydenham in Durban. On the date 1969 the gates of Rippon Primary School were opened with noble purpose of enriching young minds for the future benefits and of our beloved country suffice to mention that in those days segregation was the norm of the day. The school was exclusively built to cater for certain ethnic race. I am proud that our brothers and sisters have realised the need for a positive change, today Rippon accepts all race groups irrespective of their religion, culture or race.

The staff represents all race groups who are dedicated to the original purpose, that of enriching young minds for the benefits of their future and of our beloved country.
